Deal Registration

A short and simple web form submission protects the partner who brings VanishID a net-new opportunity.

A registered and approved deal locks in preferred pricing, guarantees the partner of record for that opportunity, and unlocks co-sell support from the VanishID team. Scroll down to learn about the process and what to expect.

Registering an Opportunity with VanishID

Any partner with an executed VanishID partner agreement (reseller, referral, or MSP) in good standing. Partners without a signed agreement should contact [email protected] to get paperwork in place first. Registrations from unsigned partners are held, not approved.

Any partner with an executed VanishID partner agreement (reseller, referral, or MSP) in good standing. Partners without a signed agreement should contact [email protected] or [email protected] to get paperwork in place first; registrations from unsigned partners are held, not approved.A registrable deal must meet all of the following:

  1. Net-new opportunity. The end customer account, or a distinct buying unit within it, is not already in active VanishID pipeline or under another partner’s valid registration.
  2. Identified buyer. A named contact with a title, at a named company. “The CISO at a large bank” doesn’t qualify; “Jane Doe, CISO at Acme Financial” does.
  3. Real opportunity signals. At least one of: a scheduled meeting, an expressed budget or timeline, an active security or executive protection initiative, or a documented request for information.
  4. Minimum scope. Estimated deal size of $25,000. Smaller deals can still be referred but flow through the referral track rather than formal registration.

Renewals of existing VanishID customers are not registrable unless the partner is already the partner of record. Expansion within a registered account stays with the registering partner through the protection period.

Submit via the web form (or email [email protected]) with:

  • Channel partner’s company name and submitting representative’s full name and business email
  • End customer’s legal company name
  • Use case or opportunity size:
    • Digital Executive Protection for the top team (2-10 protectees)
    • Broad enterprise Workforce Protection (20-100 protectees)
    • External Identity Exposure Management (100+ protectees)
  • Brief opportunity summary: what prompted the interest, any compelling event

Incomplete submissions via email get one follow-up request. If required fields aren’t supplied within 5 business days, the registration is closed and the clock resets.

VanishID reviews every registration within 2 business days. The partnerships team checks the opportunity against:

  • Existing direct pipeline in Salesforce
  • Other partners’ active registrations
  • Current customer accounts

Outcomes:

  • Approved. Partner receives written confirmation with a registration ID, the protection window start date, and assigned VanishID sales contact.
  • Rejected. Written explanation provided. Common reasons: an account already in the active pipeline, a duplicate registration, or incomplete qualification. Rejections can be appealed once with new information.
  • Held. Used when an account is in a gray zone (for example, dormant pipeline older than 6 months). VanishID resolves holds within 5 business days.

Approved registrations are protected for 120 days from approval. During this window:

  • No other partner can register the same opportunity
  • VanishID direct sales will not pursue the account independently; any inbound interest from that account routes to the registered partner
  • The partner receives registered-deal pricing and margin per their agreement

Extensions: One 60-day extension is available if the deal shows documented activity (meetings held, proposal delivered, procurement in motion). Request extensions at least 10 days before expiration. Stalled deals with no activity in 60 days may be released early after written notice to the partner.

  • Protected margin per the partner agreement (registered deals earn the enhanced discount tier vs. standard fulfillment)
  • SPIF eligibility on qualifying deals
  • Dedicated VanishID Account Executive and demo support
  • Ability to establish co-branding materials on request
  • Priority scheduling for customer-facing exec briefings
  • First valid registration wins. Timestamp of a complete, qualified submission governs.
  • If two partners are genuinely engaged with different buying units at the same company, VanishID may approve both with scope noted on each registration.
  • If a customer independently requests a different fulfillment partner at purchase, the registering partner still receives referral compensation per their agreement. VanishID communicates this to both parties in writing.
  • Escalations go to the Head of Partnerships; decisions are final and documented.

When a registered deal closes:

  1. Partner submits the customer PO and quote to [email protected] referencing the registration ID
  2. VanishID confirms partner-of-record status in the CRM
  3. The partner retains renewal rights as partner of record, subject to good standing and customer preference
  • VanishID may update this process with 30 days’ written notice to partners
  • Registration data is confidential and used only for deal management
  • Email questions to [email protected]
