Matt Polak

Chief Executive Officer

Matt is the Founder & CEO of VanishID, a venture-backed security company focused on Digital Executive Protection. With 25 years of experience at the intersection of intelligence, strategy, investing, and entrepreneurship, Matt brings a unique perspective to protecting high-profile executives from digital threats.

Matt has founded three companies and built his career across the intelligence community, investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, and cybersecurity. This diverse background—spanning both offensive intelligence gathering and defensive security operations—gives him insight into how threat actors target executives and how to effectively protect them.

Matt holds dual MBAs from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and Escuela de Negocios de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile. He received his BA in International Affairs from James Madison University and serves as a Trustee of St. Albans School.

Lior is a proven early-stage sales leader specializing in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity, complemented by over a decade of growing revenues in Insurtech and Fintech. He is Recognized for consistently achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Michael is responsible for all Engineering and Data Science at VanishID. Before VanishID, Michael was VP of Engineering at IronNet Cybersecurity and Director of Engineering at Socially Determined with years of public and private sector product development.

Ben focuses on customer-centric relationship-building and collaboration. He has over 15 years of experience partnering with private and public enterprise organizations to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Ben has previously held leadership positions with XTec, Intercede, and EMC (RSA).

With over 10 years of experience solving challenges across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, Marco is a strategy consultant at heart with a deep interest and expertise in technology, data, and cybersecurity.
