Why the Change?
As our company has evolved, our work increasingly involves non-security employees and executives who may not be familiar with the history behind the Picnic acronym. While those in the security industry know and appreciate the name, it can sometimes feel disconnected from our core mission for those outside the security sphere.
The name VanishID perfectly encapsulates our value proposition:

- We protect corporate and personal identities from a wide range of cyber and physical threats
Our new name clearly communicates what we do and reinforces our commitment to protecting executives, employees, and enterprises in an increasingly complex digital landscape.

- Picnic Corporation continues as the business entity (now doing business as VanishID)
- All existing contracts and legal documentation remain valid and unchanged
- Points of contact will stay the same

The only differences you’ll notice are our new brand name, our new website domain (vanishid.com), and new email addresses for our team members. Don’t worry — emails sent to our old Picnic addresses will automatically forward to our new VanishID.com addresses.
